Application and Network response issues

Application and network issues can be extremely difficult for vendors to troubleshoot and agree on. Often this causes a lot of finger pointing between application, systems and network vendors. Slow applications can also severely impact on staff morale and even leave work undone, or key business processes bypassed. By looking inside the network data packets its possible in most cases to quickly pinpoint the issue. Having an independent third party do this assessment stops the politics and blame.

My Story

I have over 12 years experience in enterprise ICT. My passion is designing new systems, solutions and networks as well as solving difficult problems. In 2013 I completed a Bachelors degree in Bussiness which I think has really changed my focus from delivering an IT system to delivering value to business through technology.

I believe there is a great need for highly skilled IT professionals in the SME space, but budgets and workload don't justify having a professional on payroll.
